ISB seeks a librarian to join our wonderful team, with a start in August 2026.
As part of our library team, you will be inspiring and supporting both students and teachers. A willingness to collaborate with colleagues and engage positively and proactively with students is a must.

Required qualifications:

• Holds a degree as a librarian, cultural communicator, or teacher

• Is flexible and adept at collaborating, including with external partners

• Has experience in conveying information to children

• Possesses knowledge of and enthusiasm for children’s literature and young adult fiction.

• Is willing to participate in practical tasks in our library

• Demonstrates an excellent command of English

• Is a team player

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience as a librarian, particularly with students aged 3-16

• Familiarity with the IB curriculum (or a commitment to and willingness to understand the program)

• Is curious about, and ideally has knowledge of, technology and artificial intelligence
